The Lindhaus LW Flexy series represents a new generation of compact, high-performance scrubber dryers. Built 100% in Italy, these machines are engineered to deliver above-average hourly output (up to 1,500 m² / 16,000 sq ft per hour) while remaining exceptionally light, quiet, and easy to control.

At the heart of the machine is the patented Flexy joint, allowing the body frame to rotate 360° and lock in any position. This enables effortless cleaning under desks, tables, and low furniture while also allowing the machine to fold onto itself for transport, even in a car.

With counter-rotating brushes that project frontally and laterally, the LW Flexy washes up to the wall, while the steered squeegee nozzle ensures perfect drying — even when turning.
