We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy.
Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. To get started:
- Contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number
- Pack the item in its original box and packaging, including all accessories and instruction manuals
- Ship it back to us
Refunds: You’ll receive 90% of the item’s purchase price – a 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Condition requirements: Vacuum cleaners must be returned in “like new” or “slightly used” condition. We’re unable to accept returns for units exposed to water, drywall dust, or hazardous materials such as lead or mold.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For higher-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Extended Holiday Return Windows
We extend our return window during the holiday season:

Exchanges
Not quite the right fit? You can exchange your vacuum cleaner for a different model within 3 days of delivery. Simply return it in its original condition with all accessories included, and our team will help you find the perfect match.
Refunds – How Long Does It Take?
Once we receive your return, here’s what to expect:
- We process your refund within 2 business days
- Your credit card company or bank may take additional time to post it to your account
If your refund hasn’t appeared after a few days, we recommend checking with your card provider or bank first. Still nothing? Reach out to us directly – we’ll sort it out.
