Returns and Refund

If you prefer to return your purchase, Twin City Vacuum is here to help. Contact us within 3 days from the day it was delivered for a Return Authorization Number. Then you simply ship the item back to us in its original box and/or packaging with all the accessories and instruction books. We will refund you 90% of your items price and charge the 10% restocking fee from returns. Please note:  We don’t offer refunds to purchases outside United States of America. For Customers in the United States please note that we accept returns within 3 days of delivery and extend return windows until Jan 2 of every year for purchases made within Christmas holiday – That is for purchases made between Dec 24 to Dec 29 of every year, and until Nov 30, for purchases made during Thanksgiving period which is usually Nov 23 to Nov 26 of every year. Please further note that returns can be made in-store, at kiosks, or by mail for new or used items, with a 10% restocking fee. Customers bear return shipping costs for both remorse and defective items. Vacuum cleaners must be returned in “like new” or “slightly used” condition. Vacuum cleaners exposed to water, drywall dust, or hazardous materials such as lead or mold are not eligible for return.


If you’re not completely satisfied with your vacuum cleaner choice, within 3 days of delivery you can exchange it for another model that better suits your requirements. Please ensure the vacuum cleaner is returned in its original condition with all accessories included. For further assistance with exchanges, feel free to contact our customer service team.

Late or missing refund 

We take 2 days to process refund and if you haven’t received a refund after that contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
