Metal Agitator Assembly (D012-2500)

The D012-2500 is the complete metal (non-clutch) agitator brushroll assembly for the quick-clean-out CleanMax CMP-3QD and related Tacony commercial uprights. The metal-core agitator is the rotating brush that grooms carpet, and this assembly comes complete with brush strips, end caps and bearings ready to install. It is the current genuine assembly and supersedes the earlier C012-0000.

Metal agitators outlast plastic ones but still wear: bristles round off, the bearings can seize and the shaft can bend. Replacing the complete genuine D012-2500 restores full agitation in one drop-in part. The same metal agitator serves the CleanMax CMP-3QD, the Riccar R21 line and Powr-Flite’s PF90 and Rigel Pro.
