The Powr-Flite GR0520 is a 20-inch green scrub pad, five to a case. Green is the aggressive scrub pad — a heavy-duty wet pad that cuts through stubborn soil and takes down one or two coats of finish for a scrub-and-recoat, sitting just below a black strip pad in cut. On a 20-inch machine it is the pad for a hard scrub where blue is not enough.

Work the GR0520 wet on a 19-inch driver with a strong cleaner or a light stripping solution. It removes ground-in grime, tire marks, and top layers of worn finish so a floor can be recoated without a full strip-to-substrate. The heavier grit means faster cutting but a more textured result, so it is a scrub pad, not a finish pad.

Retire the GR0520 when the grit is worn smooth and it stops cutting, when the pad is packed solid, or when it tears. A dulled green pad is doing blue-pad work at green-pad effort, so swap in a fresh one from the case.
