Tornado CV 38/2 & 48/2 Top Housing K40620080

The Top Housing (part# K40620080) is a genuine Tacony OEM replacement for the Tornado CV 38/2 and Tornado CV 48/2 commercial upright vacuums. It is the upper casting of the brush head, the moulding the top cover sits on.

It carries the pivot and the covers above it, so a cracked housing shows up as a head that no longer sits square or a cover that will not clip down.

Fitting notes

Work with the machine unplugged and the head separated from the body. Transfer nothing — this is the bare housing, so the wheel, pedal and covers come across from the old one. Keep the screws sorted by length as you strip it.
