Why is there a second pump diagram with one part on it?
Tacony splits the pump into two views so the fitting at the pump body can be called out clearly without crowding the main drawing. It is a detail view, not a second pump.
My leak is right at the pump body. Is this the part?
If the drip is at the threaded connection into the pump, yes — this nylon quick-disconnect connector is that joint. Replace the connector rather than over-tightening it; nylon threads stretch once and then never seal again.
Where are the rest of the pump parts?
On pump assembly view 1, which carries the 115V 100 PSI pump, the solenoid valve kit, the tee and elbows and all three hose lengths.
Can I use a hardware-store fitting instead?
We would not. This is a nylon fitting sized to a 3/8″ tube and a 1/4″ thread and rated for the pump’s working pressure; a near-miss from a hardware store is the usual reason a repaired machine comes back leaking. Call 763-535-0770 if you are unsure which fitting you have.
