Brush Drive Motor Pulley 19835

The Brush Drive Motor Pulley (part# 19835) is a genuine Tacony OEM replacement part for the wide-area vacuum family, and it fits more than one machine. This Brush Drive Motor Pulley mounts on the brush-motor shaft and transfers the motor turn to the belt that spins the brush roll. Fits Tornado 93030, Tornado 93031, CleanMax CM-WAV and Powr-Flite PF2030.

Compatible Models for the Brush Drive Motor Pulley

• Tornado 93030 30″ Clean-Air Carpetkeeper (Wide Area) — all series D through J
• Tornado 93031 30″ Clean-Air Carpetkeeper (Wide Area) 230V
• CleanMax CM-WAV Wide Area Vacuum
• Powr-Flite PF2030 30-Inch Wide Area Commercial Vacuum

The Brush Drive Motor Pulley grips the belt, so as it wears the groove rounds off and the belt begins to slip, squeal, or throw. Signs it needs replacing are a brush roll that spins weakly or stalls under load while the motor still runs, a squeal from the drive, a glazed or grooved pulley face, or a pulley that wobbles or has a loose set screw. Replacing a worn pulley restores solid belt grip and full brush speed. It secures to the motor shaft, usually with a set screw, and is fitted with the belt removed.

Twin City Vacuum has been selling and servicing Tacony equipment since 1956 and stocks the genuine 19835 part rather than a generic substitute. Browse the full Tornado CK 3030 wide-area vacuum for related parts, or read more on the Tornado manufacturer site.
