The CleanMax CPU-3N belt cover (part# B020-1031) is the molded guard that closes off the belt and drive area of the power nozzle. It keeps the spinning brushroll belt enclosed – protecting it from carpet fibers, cords and debris, and protecting fingers from the moving belt during use.

Replace the belt cover when it is cracked, warped, or missing tabs so it no longer clips down flush. A loose or absent cover lets long hair, string and carpet fuzz reach the belt and pulley, where it wraps the shaft and prematurely wears or throws the belt; it also exposes a moving part on a machine used around staff and the public. It is a quick snap-in change once the old cover is removed.
