The Exhaust Cover (part# 19854) is the genuine Tacony OEM panel that closes the exhaust outlet on the Tornado CK 3030 wide-area vacuum (Model 93030).

Air that has passed the bag and the filters leaves the machine through this outlet, and the cover does three things on the way out. It retains the exhaust filter against its seat, it directs the discharge away from the floor so the machine does not blow settled dust back into the room it has just cleaned, and it closes the housing so nothing can be drawn into the motor from outside the filtered path.

Replace it if the cover is cracked, if the latches or tabs that hold it have broken so it no longer seats tightly, or if it is distorted enough that the exhaust filter is not held flat against its seat.
