Bag Mount Gasket B211-4414B
$1.99
Genuine OEM bag mount gasket (part# B211-4414B) for the Tornado CK-LW 13/1 ProLite, models 97130 and 97131, and the Powr-Flite PF62EC. Call 763-535-0770.
The Bag Mount Gasket (part# B211-4414B) is the seal between the bag mount and the bag collar on the Tornado CK-LW 13/1 ProLite, models 97130 (115V) and 97131 (230V), and on the Powr-Flite PF62EC.
This is a two-dollar part that decides whether a vacuum actually filters. Everything the machine lifts is pulled across this joint under suction, and a gasket that has gone hard or taken a permanent set lets a thin stream of fine dust past on every pass. The operator does not see it happening — what they see, weeks later, is dust settled inside the bag housing and a machine that seems to have lost power.

How to tell it is finished
A serviceable gasket is soft and springs back when you press it. One that stays compressed where the collar has been sitting, or that has gone shiny and stiff, has stopped sealing regardless of how it looks. Gaskets also tear at the inner edge when bags are pulled off carelessly, and a tear anywhere on the sealing face means the whole ring is doing nothing.
Replace it whenever the bag mount, part number D431-4300, is changed. An old gasket has moulded itself to the old mount and will not seat properly against a new one, which is a common reason a mount replacement does not cure a dust leak.
Twin City Vacuum has been selling and servicing Tornado equipment since 1956. Call 763-535-0770 with your model and serial number and we will confirm the part before you order.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which machines does this gasket fit?
The Tornado CK-LW 13/1 ProLite, models 97130 and 97131, and the Powr-Flite PF62EC.
How often should it be replaced?
There is no fixed interval. Check it whenever you have the bag out: if it stays compressed after being pressed, has gone stiff, or is torn at the inner edge, replace it.
I replaced the bag mount and still have a dust leak. Why?
Most often because the old gasket went back on. It has taken a set against the old mount and will not seal against the new one.
