The Paper Vacuum Bag (part# 259PB) is the Enviro-Clean disposable filter bag for the Tornado CK-LW 13/1 ProLite lightweight commercial upright, supplied six bags to a pack. It is the bag the factory specifies for model 97130 (115V) and model 97131 (230V), and the same bag fits the Powr-Flite PF62EC and the Powr-Flite PF99.

On a single-motor 13-inch upright there is no second motor carrying the brush, so airflow does two jobs at once: it carries the debris and it keeps the agitator working in the carpet. That makes the bag the single component with the largest effect on how the machine cleans. A paper bag chokes long before it looks full, because fine dust cakes on the inside face of the paper and closes it off while the bag still feels light.
