Powr-Flite 20 inch Blue Cleaner Floor Pad (5 Per Case) BL0520

The Powr-Flite BL0520 is a 20-inch blue cleaner pad, five to a case. Blue is the medium-duty wet-cleaning pad: more aggressive than red, it scrubs heavier soil and light finish out of a floor with a cleaning solution without going all the way to a stripping pad. On a 20-inch machine it is the pad for a deep periodic scrub-and-recoat prep that is not a full strip.

Run the BL0520 wet on a 19-inch driver with a general-purpose or heavy cleaner. It cuts through built-up traffic soil, spills, and light finish so a floor can be re-coated without stripping to bare surface — the middle ground that saves the labor and chemical of a full strip when the floor does not need one.

Replace the BL0520 when it loads up and stops cutting, when the fibers are worn flat, or when it tears. A worn wet-scrub pad just pushes dirty water around, so a fresh pad from the case keeps the scrub effective.
