Replace the pouch when the fabric has torn, the stitching has pulled, or the mounting has failed and it will no longer sit securely on the handle. A pouch that swings loose on the handle is worth dealing with, because it will catch on door frames and can distract the operator mid-pass.

Fitting Notes

Fit it to the handle at a height where it clears the cover when the cover is opened fully — check that before you settle on a position, because a pouch mounted too low will foul the cover and get damaged. Make sure the mounting is pulled up tight so the pouch cannot rotate around the handle tube in use.
