This is the knob fitted to the Tornado TV 2 SS dry canister vacuum, Model 93282. Tacony’s parts book names it simply “Knob” and its where-used record lists this machine alone, so this is a TV 2 SS part rather than a shared one.

What the Knob Does

It sits with the on/off switch assembly and the control board in the upper body of the machine, which is the operator-facing control group. A knob is a small part with an outsized nuisance value: when it splits or comes off, the control underneath it still works but becomes awkward and imprecise to use, and operators start applying force in the wrong places.
