What the Washer M10 Does

ISO 7090 is the chamfered flat washer standard, and 200HV is the hardness class. When to Replace It

Replace a washer that is dished, cracked, heavily corroded or has been pulled through. Because this is a hardened washer on a load-bearing joint, a soft hardware-store substitute is a poor swap — it will deform under the caster load and let the joint work loose. If the caster hardware has been running loose, replace the washers and the nut together.

Fitting Notes
