Tornado Zephyr Screw M3 x 12 K63035570

This is a genuine Tacony OEM part for the Tornado Zephyr. Two are used on this machine.

Compatible Models for the Screw M3 x 12 K63035570

• Tornado: TV570-Q03-U Zephyr cordless backpack vacuum

PartSmart lists this part on the Zephyr and on no other machine, so the fit is specific rather than shared. If your machine is a different Tornado cordless model, call 763-535-0770 with the model number and we will find the right part for it.

What the screw m3 x 12 does

It holds the magnet assembly in position so the machine senses what it is meant to sense. Small fasteners in this kind of location matter more than their size suggests: if one backs out, the part it holds moves, and the machine behaves oddly rather than failing outright.

Signs it needs replacing

Replace a screw with a rounded drive, damaged thread or corrosion, and replace both whenever the magnet is disturbed. If a screw will not bite, check whether the boss it threads into has stripped before ordering more screws.

Installation and fit

Start by hand, tighten firmly without forcing. These are small fasteners in plastic — a driver, never an impact tool.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is this listed as call for price?

Tacony’s dealer catalogue does not currently list this exact part number, so we have no published price. It is on the factory sheet, so it stays on our list — call 763-535-0770 and we will source and price it.

Can I substitute a generic M3 x 12?

There is a similar Tacony screw in the catalogue under a different part number, but we will not substitute one part number for another on a guess. Call and we will check it against the sheet for you.

How many does the machine use?

Two, at the magnet mounting on the main unit sheet.

Which machines use it?

The Tornado Zephyr TV570-Q03-U only.
