What the switch harness and wiring assembly does

It carries the operator’s input to the control board and routes the wiring through the harness to where the machine needs it. It is supplied as an assembly because the switch, its loom and its connectors are matched to each other and to the board.

Signs it needs replacing

Replace it when the machine does not respond to the switch though the pack and board are good, when it runs only if the switch is held at a certain angle, or when the loom is chafed or a connector is damaged. Intermittent operation that follows movement of the harness points here.
