Genuine Tacony OEM tank (part# K46051900) — the sealed bag chamber of the Tornado Zephyr cordless backpack vacuum (TV570-Q03-U). In stock in Crystal, MN — call 763-535-0770.
The tank (part# K46051900) is the moulded body that holds the fleece bag and forms the sealed air path of the Tornado Zephyr. Everything the machine picks up passes through it, and the seal it makes with the housing is what keeps dust out of the motor.
This is a genuine Tacony OEM part for the Tornado Zephyr.

PartSmart lists this part on the Zephyr and on no other machine, so the fit is specific rather than shared. If your machine is a different Tornado cordless model, call 763-535-0770 with the model number and we will find the right part for it.
What the tank does
The tank does two jobs at once: it holds the bag in the right position so the inlet lines up with the hose, and it forms half of the sealed chamber the motor draws through. A tank that no longer seals lets unfiltered air bypass the bag entirely, which is how fine dust reaches a motor that should never see it.
Signs it needs replacing
Replace it if it is cracked, if the sealing face is distorted or gouged, if the bag collar no longer clamps square, or if you can feel air escaping around the joint while the machine runs. A tank that has been dropped and flexed can look fine and still have lost its seal.
Installation and fit
Remove the battery first. Lift the bag out, release the tank from the housing, and transfer any gaskets to the new tank. Seat the new tank fully before latching it, then run the machine briefly and check for air escaping around the joint before it goes back to work.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the tank come with a bag?
No. Fleece bags are a separate consumable and are sold in a ten-pack (K69043350).
My machine lost suction after a drop. Could it be the tank?
Yes, and it is worth checking early. A cracked or distorted tank leaks air and behaves exactly like a blocked filter, but no amount of filter changing will fix it.
Can a cracked tank be repaired?
We would not. It is a sealing part under constant vacuum; a glued repair moves and reopens. Replace it.
Which machines use this tank?
Only the Tornado Zephyr, model TV570-Q03-U. PartSmart lists no other machine against this part number.
