Crush-proof, and why that matters
A crush-proof hose holds its bore when something stands on it, rolls over it or traps it in a doorway. A conventional hose flattens under the same load, and a flattened section chokes airflow every time the machine runs even after the hose springs back.
The ninety-degree cuff matters as much as the wall. It turns the hose out of the machine at a right angle so the run to the wand starts flat rather than looping, which keeps the hose out from under the operator’s feet and stops the cuff being levered sideways every time the wand moves.
