CleanMax CMPS-QDZ – Hall Sensor Idler Assy – D375-1400

This is a genuine Tacony idler and hall sensor assembly, part number D375-1400, used on CleanMax CMPS-QDZ commercial upright vacuums with belt-protection technology. The hall sensor detects belt/brush roll rotation and shuts the motor off if the belt stops or breaks, protecting the motor from burnout. Common symptom of failure: the motor won’t run, or shuts off shortly after starting, even though the belt and brush roll look intact — a failed or misaligned hall sensor can falsely signal a stopped belt and cut power as a safety precaution. This assembly also fits other belt-protection models across the Riccar, Simplicity and CleanMax lines.
