The female rivet is reference 38 in the Tornado Pac-Vac parts book, paired with the male rivet at 36. Work one anchor at a time so the harness cannot shift position on you. Start the male half into the brass insert by hand and make sure it is running true before you put a driver on it — crossing this thread is the single most common way these get destroyed, and it happens in about a quarter turn. Snug it firmly, then stop; the moulded flange is not designed to be crushed.
