The SF-HY 60 Hygiene Filter (part# 11639240) is the genuine Miele Hygiene exhaust filter for the Boost CX1 compact bagless canister.
What the SF-HY 60 Hygiene Filter Does
The SF-HY 60 seals in fine dust so the room air is cleaner after vacuuming than before, and its filter frame is made from 100% recycled material. It is the standard filter on the Boost CX1 and the economical replacement for households without allergy concerns. Owners who want HEPA filtration can use the SF-HA 60 in the same slot instead.
When to Replace the SF-HY 60 Hygiene Filter
Replace it about once a year with normal use, or sooner if suction drops even with an empty dust container or if the exhaust starts to smell.
The Boost CX1 uses its own SF-60 size filters; Blizzard, Classic C1 and Guard filters do not fit.
