This is the power cord for the 230-volt version of the Tornado TV 2 SS dry canister vacuum. Tacony lists the TV 2 SS in both a 120-volt and a 230-volt build, and this cord belongs to the 230-volt machine — the 120-volt machines take part number 39260 instead.

What the Power Cord 230V Does

A machine’s cord is matched to its supply, and swapping one for the other is not something to improvise: the plug pattern, the conductor rating and the machine’s own electrical build all belong to the same specification. The 230-volt TV 2 SS also uses its own control board and its own motor, so a machine on this cord is a 230-volt machine throughout.
