The CleanMax CPU-3N headlight lens (part# N19-CL) is the clear molded cover that snaps over the headlight opening in the front of the power nozzle. It protects the 6-volt bulb from dust and impact while letting its light spill out across the floor ahead of the machine, which is what lets an operator see debris, cords and edges in low-light commercial spaces.

Replace the lens when it is cracked, clouded, scorched or missing. A yellowed or fogged lens dims the headlight noticeably and is a common casualty of years of grit blowing across the nozzle; a cracked one lets dust reach the bulb and socket and can let the bulb work loose. Because it simply snaps in ahead of the bulb, it is one of the easiest nozzle parts to change – pop the old lens out, seat the new one, and confirm it clips flush so it will not vibrate free.
The lens is a cosmetic and protective part, not an electrical one, so a dark headlight is more often the bulb (A350-2000) or the socket (B625-0114) than the lens itself. If the bulb lights but the beam looks dim or brown, the lens is the likely culprit and is inexpensive to renew.
