The male rivet is reference 36 in the Tornado Pac-Vac parts book, pairing with the female rivet at 38. Do one anchor at a time so the harness cannot move on you, and always start the stud by hand — get it running true before a driver goes anywhere near it. Snug it until the strap is clamped and stop there; the moulded head is not meant to be crushed down.
