Compact Mode
Wand removed — the PowerUnit becomes a handheld vacuum for tabletops, upholstery, stairs, and car interiors with the included crevice nozzle, upholstery nozzle, and dust brush.
A park position lets the Triflex stand free-standing during short breaks without leaning it against a wall.

AquaTwister HX-AT 10 — Vacuum and Mop with One Machine
The included AquaTwister HX-AT 10 turns the Triflex into a mop for water-resistant hard floors. Two motor-driven rotating pads and a 300 ml water tank work on dried-on dirt, and a 360° SpotLight shows streaks and spots as you go. Attach it and the HX3 recognizes the AquaTwister automatically, switching the display from suction settings to three water levels chosen with the Mode button. The AquaPads come off and are machine-washable at 140°F. Honest buyer note: the AquaTwister is a separate floorhead, so vacuuming and mopping are two passes — vacuum first, swap heads, then mop. It is not a combined vacuum-and-mop in a single pass.
Second Battery Included — Up to 140 Minutes
The Plus Aqua includes two 25.2V, 2500 mAh VARTA lithium-ion batteries. Each delivers up to 70 minutes on Low without the electrobrush, 38 minutes on Low with the MultiFloor XXL electrobrush, and 15 minutes on High with it — swapping batteries doubles every figure (up to 140 / 76 / 30 minutes). Recharge time is 240 minutes (4 hours). The second battery is what makes vacuum-then-mop practical on larger floor plans. Miele does not list a separate battery charging cradle in the box.
Hardfloor Care Tool — Soft Roller for Delicate Floors
The included Hardfloor Care Tool uses a soft woven nylon roller for gentle cleaning of delicate hard floors, picking up fine dust while keeping noise low. Use it instead of the MultiFloor XXL electrobrush on hardwood, stone, and other sensitive surfaces.
