The Sandia Sniper 500 PSI 12-Gallon Carpet Extractor is the highest-pressure carpet Sniper — an adjustable 500 PSI pump with 12-gallon capacity for the deepest carpet extraction.
The Sniper 500 PSI 12-Gallon holds 12-gallon solution and recovery tanks and runs an adjustable 500 PSI pump with a choice of dual 2-stage or dual 3-stage vacuum motors delivering up to 205″ of water lift. Heated models add a 2000-watt in-line heater for 200°F solution. Includes 25-foot safety cord(s), 10″ non-marking wheels, waist-high recessed controls, roto-molded polyethylene tanks, and optional crush-resistant 25-foot hoses with an S-shaped dual-jet stainless wand. It carries a lifetime warranty on the body, 2 years on the vacuum motor(s) and pump, 1 year on all electrical components, and 90 days on tools and accessories.

2-Stage vs. 3-Stage Vacuum Motor — Which to Choose
This Sniper is offered with either 2-stage or 3-stage vacuum motors. The “stages” are the fans stacked inside the motor: a 3-stage motor builds more sealed water lift, so it pulls moisture back out of the carpet more aggressively for drier passes and stronger recovery on tall buildings or heavily saturated jobs — at a higher price and amp draw. A 2-stage motor uses less power and costs less while still giving strong recovery for most commercial carpet maintenance. Rule of thumb: choose 3-stage for multi-story routes and water/restoration extraction, and 2-stage for general maintenance cleaning. Call 763-535-0770 if you want help deciding.
