Bags, filters, belts and roller brushes for the Tornado CV 38/2 — the 15-inch HEPA filter upright, model 91415. These are the items that get bought again rather than once: everything on this page is designed to be consumed and replaced on a schedule, and keeping a couple of each on the shelf is what stops a machine sitting idle.
The diagram below is the accessories sheet for this model. Each numbered position matches a row in the table; hover a red dot to see which item it is.

Tornado 15-Inch Soft Black Brush Roll – K690664306. Fabric Vacuum Filter Bag – K690430107. Tornado Red-Bristle Brush Roll Agitator – K690664408. Tornado Paper Vacuum Bag 10 Pack – K690429409. Tornado 15-Inch Anti-Static Roller Brush – K47624870Three different roller brushes appear here, and that is deliberate rather than an error in the parts book. A 15-inch head will take any of them. The soft black roller is the gentle option, the red roller is the aggressive one, and the anti-static roller exists for buildings where static is a genuine nuisance. Whichever is fitted, the belt that drives it is the same part: K63484600.
Two filters are listed and they do different jobs. The sealed HEPA cartridge handles the air on its way out of the machine. The small intake filter sits ahead of the vacuum motor and is there to catch anything that escapes a torn or badly seated bag. The intake filter costs a few dollars and replacing it on sight is cheaper than a motor.

Frequently asked questions
Which bag does the CV 38/2 take?
Three options all fit. K69043050 is the Clean Breeze disposable filter bag, sold in tens, and is what most operators run. K69042940 is the plain paper collection bag, also a ten-pack and cheaper per bag. K69043010 is a cloth bag you empty and reuse instead of buying disposables. Bag choice does not affect the HEPA cartridge.
How often should the sealed HEPA cartridge be changed?
There is no fixed published interval because it depends entirely on hours run and what is being picked up. The practical test is airflow: if suction has faded with a fresh bag fitted, a clear hose and a clean intake filter, the HEPA cartridge K28892860 is the next thing to change. In daily commercial use, roughly annually is typical.
What is the difference between the three roller brushes on this sheet?
All three are 15-inch and all three drop into the same brush head. K69066430 has soft black bristles and is gentler on plush and delicate carpet. K69066440 has stiff red bristles and agitates dense commercial loop pile harder. K47624870 is the anti-static roller, used where static discharge is a nuisance — dry buildings, electronics areas, server rooms.
Is the intake filter the same thing as the HEPA filter?
No, and they are not interchangeable. K57316110 is a small foam intake filter that sits in front of the vacuum motor and protects it from anything that gets past the bag. K28892860 is the sealed HEPA exhaust cartridge that cleans the air leaving the machine. The intake filter is cheap and should be checked often; the HEPA cartridge is the one that makes this a HEPA machine.
For the mechanical sections of this machine see the Tornado CV 38/2 parts hub, or the CV 38/2 brush head parts page for what the rollers fit into.
