Frequently Asked Questions
The pump runs but no solution comes out. What is wrong?
Suspect the solenoid valve before the pump. If the pump is audibly working and the tank has solution, the 120VAC solenoid valve kit is the part that decides whether that pressure reaches the spray bar, and a stuck-closed solenoid produces exactly this symptom.
My pump will not shut off, or sprays continuously.
That is the same solenoid valve failing the other way — stuck open. Check the connector assembly with wires first, though: a chafed lead that is permanently energising the valve costs a fraction of the valve itself.
There is a leak somewhere in the solution lines. How do I find it?
Work the quick-disconnects. Nearly every leak on this circuit is at a QD fitting or where a 3/8″ hose has been pushed on and off enough times to lose its grip. Order the exact hose length from the table below — the three lengths are not interchangeable in the routing.
Do I need pump view 1 or pump view 2?
