Parts for the Tornado CK 14/2 Pro, model 98152 — the 14-inch dual-motor commercial upright. Each section below carries the manufacturer’s own drawing with every callout marked, so you can click the part on the diagram instead of working backwards from a description.
The second number in 14/2 is the one that matters when ordering. This machine carries a suction motor and a separate brush motor, where the CK 14/1 Pro drives its brush from the one motor by belt. The two look nearly identical and share most of their part numbers, but the bag housing, the nozzle housing and everything that switches or protects the second motor are not interchangeable. Work from the number on the plate.

Ordering and fitment
Twin City Vacuum has been selling and servicing Tornado equipment since 1956. Every number on these pages comes from the manufacturer’s own parts breakdown for the 98152 and is matched to its callout on the drawing, so you are ordering the part the factory specifies rather than a look-alike. Seven numbers across these sheets carry no published price and are marked call-for-price rather than estimated.
Many of these parts also fit the Powr-Flite Borelli Dual Pro (PV160-W14-U), which is built on the same platform under a different brand, and a number of them fit the Tornado CK 14/1 range and several CleanMax uprights. Every product page lists the machines the factory shows that part fitting, so check there rather than assuming. Call 763-535-0770 with your model and serial number if you want a part confirmed before you order.
Frequently asked questions
The plate on my machine reads 98152. Am I in the right place?
Yes. This page covers the Tornado CK 14/2 Pro, the 14-inch dual-motor commercial upright. The number is a specification rather than a trim level: 14 is the cleaning path in inches and 2 is the motor count.
How is the 14/2 different from the CK 14/1 Pro?
One motor. The 14/1 drives its brush by belt from the suction motor; the 14/2 has a dedicated brush motor, so the agitator keeps its speed in deep pile and the suction motor is left to move air. That second motor brings its own brush switch, circuit breaker, thermal switch and wiring – parts the 14/1 simply does not have.
The two machines look identical. Which parts are NOT interchangeable?
The bag housing and the nozzle housing, above all. The 14/2 takes housing 39341 while the 14/1 Pro takes 39306, and the nozzle housing 39344 is catalogued for the 98152 alone because it has to carry the brush motor. The terminal block, thermal switch and the 14/2 wire harness are also specific. Read the plate, not the shape.
How much does this share with the Powr-Flite Borelli Dual Pro?
A great deal. The Powr-Flite Borelli Dual Pro (PV160-W14-U) is built on the same platform under a different brand and is catalogued for 38 of the 48 numbers on these diagrams. If you run a mixed fleet, most of what you stock covers both.
What should I keep on the shelf?
The Clean Breeze bags and the two filters, by a distance – on any upright the airflow does the cleaning, so a full bag or a blinded filter reads as a dying machine. After those, the poly-V belt and the seal kit.
