My Zephyr does not respond to the switch. Is it the switch harness?
Possibly. Rule out the battery first by trying a known-good pack, then check the battery control cable. If the machine is dead with a good pack and good cables, the switch harness and wiring assembly (K46457360) or the control board are next.
Can I buy individual straps or buckles?
No. Tornado supplies the harness as one assembly (K65410183) with its straps and padding. It is the part that wears fastest on a machine in daily use, so it is worth inspecting monthly.
What holds the harness to the machine?
Two M8 x 16 screws (K73062540). They carry the entire weight of the machine, so check them at every service and replace them whenever the harness is changed — they cost pennies.
Does the harness come with the strap magnet?
No. The magnet is K66530260 and appears on the main unit sheet, not this one.
