Tornado Zephyr Accessories Parts

The accessories supplied with the Tornado Zephyr cordless backpack vacuum (model TV570-Q03-U) — fleece bags, the suction hose and bend, the telescoping wand and the cleaning tools. From the factory parts sheet dated 15 February 2024.

These are the parts that wear out and get replaced most often, and the ones most likely to go missing on a machine shared between cleaners. For the motor, electronics and filtration see the Zephyr main unit parts page; for the switch and straps see the Zephyr harness parts page.

9 parts, 7 callouts, 7 dots. Two filters — the motor protection filter and the pre filter — are listed on this sheet as not shown, so they have table rows but no dot on the diagram.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which bags does the Zephyr take?

Genuine Tornado fleece bags, part K69043350, sold in a pack of ten. Fleece holds airflow as it loads far better than paper, which is what keeps suction usable through a full shift.

How often should the filters be changed?

Check the motor protection filter (K28894190) at every bag change and the pre filter (K54140073) with it. Both are cheap consumables that protect a motor that is not.

My machine has lost suction. Where do I start?

Bag first, then the filters, then this page: a split hose or a cracked bend connector leaks air and behaves exactly like a blocked filter. Block the wand end with the machine running and listen along the hose for a whistle.

Do these tools fit other Tornado backpacks?

The upholstery nozzle is shared across a number of Tornado machines and its product page lists them all. The hose, bend, wand and floor tool are specific to the Zephyr.
