The chassis group on the Powr-Flite Prowler PFX 900S-T is everything the machine rolls and plumbs on: the main chassis moulding (X9012), both 12" non-marking wheels (X9066) with their axle washers and lock washers, the flip door with its hinge, spring and EPDM gasket, the vacuum shoe and tube (X9009A) that pulls water off the carpet, the 120 PSI solution pump (AQ120) with its brass fittings, quick-disconnects and solution hose, and the handle grommets, warning label and wiring terminals. Every number in the table below is the callout number printed on the diagram above.
Most chassis service on this machine is plumbing or rolling gear. A machine that sprays weakly or not at all usually needs attention at the pump (AQ120) or at one of the brass fittings around it — the street elbow (SW139), the bushing (7AG002), the tee union (7AV001), the hex nipple (7CX002) or the nylon reducer (X2198) — and a leak at a quick-disconnect is normally the male or female coupler (PX5, PX6) rather than the hose. A machine that drags or will not track straight points at the wheels (X9066), the countersunk axle washers (X8020) or the vacuum shoe (X9009A). A flip door that will not sit shut needs the hinge (X9014), the hinge-and-spring (X9096) or the 3/32" EPDM gasket (X9097).

Why do some callout numbers have more than one dot?
A few fasteners are used in more than one place on the chassis, so the drawing bubbles them more than once — the hose clamp (7DL003, callout 29) appears three times, and the brass hose barb (7AT003, callout 30) and the self-locking flange bolt (X8209S, callout 47) each appear twice. Every one of those dots points at the same product.
My machine has parts that are not on this diagram. Why?
Earlier ‘S’ series machines were built to a superseded chassis sheet. Three parts on that sheet are not on the current drawing — the brass nipple PX32, the reducer PC20 and the elbow 71507A — and they are listed as labelled rows at the foot of the table.
