If a building runs both sizes, one shelf of consumables covers the fleet. The rollers are the exception, and this machine has three of them to choose between rather than the two Tornado lists for the narrow model.
The belt comes as a front-and-back set because the roller is driven through a coupling clutch rather than off the motor directly. Change both, and look at the clutch while the head is open — a slipping clutch and a stretched belt produce the same symptom.

The drawing prints no quantities against consumables because they are not assembly positions. The disposable and paper bags are ten-packs, the foam exhaust filter is a three-pack, the belt is a pair, and the rest are single items.
This machine is the single-motor CV 38, model 91451. It is a different vacuum from the CV 38/2 HEPA model 91415, which has its own drawings and its own part numbers, so check the plate before ordering from either page.

Three roller brushes are listed. What is the difference?
All three are 15-inch and all three fit this head. K69066430 is soft black bristle and suits plush or delicate carpet. K69066440 is stiff red bristle and works dense commercial loop pile harder. K47624870 is the anti-static roller, used where static discharge is a nuisance — dry buildings, electronics areas, rooms full of equipment.
What does Tornado mean by Product Optional Items?
It is the name for a short list of parts that are alternatives rather than fitted equipment — in this case the foam exhaust filter and its frame, and the two bag types you can run instead of the standard disposable. Tornado publishes the list without a drawing, so this page gives it as a table.

Can I use CV 30 consumables in a CV 38?
Bags, the sealed HEPA filter, the motor intake filter, the belt set and the exhaust filter options are all common to both machines. The roller brushes are not — those are cut to width, and a 12-inch roller will not fit this head.
