Parts for the Tornado CV 38, the 15-inch single-motor commercial upright the platform builds as model 91451. Each section below carries the manufacturer’s own drawing, the numbered positions from the parts book and a live price against every number.
It clears a corridor in noticeably fewer passes than a 12-inch machine while still working a classroom or a hotel room without a fight, and because the body is shared with the narrow CV 30 the spares shelf does not double when a fleet runs both.

Frequently asked questions
The plate on my machine reads 91451. Am I in the right place?
Yes. 91451 is the Tornado model number for the 15-inch CV 38 single-motor upright, and every section linked above is drawn from the parts book for that model.
Is the CV 38 the same machine as the CV 38/2?
No, and it matters when ordering. The CV 38/2 is model 91415, a HEPA-filtered machine with its own drawings and its own part numbers, including a completely different brush head. The two share a name fragment and little else at the floor. Check the plate before working from either set of pages.
How much does a CV 38 share with the 12-inch CV 30?
Everything above the brush head. The appliance top, the piece parts and the suction motor are drawn once by Tornado and cover both machines with identical numbers. The head is where the two diverge — bumper, sole, cover, housing, roller and belt set all differ.
Which roller brush should I fit?
Three are made for this head and all three drop straight in. The red hard-bristle roller is standard and works dense commercial loop pile. The black soft roller is kinder to plush and cuts noise. The anti-static roller is for dry buildings and equipment rooms where static is a nuisance. They are all listed on the accessories page.
The 12-inch version of this machine is covered on the Tornado CV 30 parts hub, and every Tornado model we stock is indexed on the Tornado parts page.
