Replacement parts for the Tornado CV 30 — the 12-inch single-motor commercial upright Tornado builds as model 91449. Every section below is taken from the manufacturer’s own parts book for this machine, with the factory drawing, the numbered positions and a live price against each part number.
The CV 30 is the narrow machine in a range that also runs to 15 inches as the CV 38. Narrow is the point: it works between fixed furniture and down tight aisles, and the whole vacuum above the brush head is common with its wider sibling, which keeps the parts shelf small for a building running both.

Frequently asked questions
My machine says 91449 on the data plate. Is this the right page?
Yes. 91449 is Tornado model number for the 12-inch CV 30 single-motor upright, and every breakdown linked above comes from the parts book for that number.
What is the difference between the CV 30 and the CVD 30?
They are built on the same platform under different designations and share the great majority of their parts. Where a part number differs we list it separately; where Tornado uses the same number for both, the compatible-model list on the part page says so.
Why is a 12-inch machine worth having when a 15-inch cleans faster?
Because reach beats speed in the wrong building. A 12-inch head goes between fixed desks, under theatre and waiting-room seating and down aisles a wider machine has to skip, and skipped floor is the only floor that really costs you.
I cannot find my part in any of the sections above.
Two things are worth checking. Some parts are listed in the parts list as “Not Shown” and appear in a table without a dot on the drawing, and a few sections have no published diagram at all. If it is genuinely not there, call 763-535-0770 with the model number and we will look it up from the parts book.
Looking for the wider machine? The Tornado CV 38 parts hub covers the 15-inch version, and the full brand index is on the Tornado parts page.
