The belt is supplied as a front-and-back pair because this machine drives its roller through a coupling clutch, so both belts are the same age and both should be changed together.

The three parts that appear only here are the True HEPA cartridge, the foam exhaust filter and the frame the foam sits in. That is a genuine choice rather than duplication: a CV 30 runs either the HEPA cartridge or foam in a frame, not both.
Notes on these diagrams
The drawing prints no quantities against the items on either sheet because they are not assembly positions. The two disposable bag numbers are ten-packs, the foam exhaust filter comes three to a pack, the belt is a pair, and everything else is a single item.
The rollers are the one thing on this page that is cut to width. A 12-inch roller will not go into a 15-inch head and the reverse is equally true, which is why the note above matters.
Frequently asked questions
Which bag does the CV 30 take?
Three fit and all three are on this page. K69043050 is the Clean Breeze disposable, ten to a box. K69042940 is the plain paper bag, also a ten-pack. K69043010 is a cloth bag you empty and refit instead of buying disposables. Whichever you use, the exhaust filter still does its own job.
HEPA cartridge or foam — which is right for my machine?
Both are legitimate Tornado options for the CV 30 and the difference matters. K64147600 is the True HEPA cartridge and is what gives the machine a HEPA claim. K64147650 is foam, supplied three to a pack, and sits in the frame K57316140 as a cheaper alternative where HEPA is not required. Look at what is in the exhaust recess now before you order.
There are two red roller brushes listed. Which one fits a CV 30?
K69066420 is the 12-inch red roller and is the one built for this machine — the records show it on the CV 30, the CVD 30 and the CleanMax Champ, all 12-inch machines. K69066440 also appears on this accessories sheet, but every other record Tornado holds puts it on 15-inch machines. If you need a red roller for a 12-inch head, order K69066420 and call us before buying K69066440 for a CV 30.
Is the intake filter the same as the exhaust filter?
No. K57316110 is a small filter that sits in front of the vacuum motor and catches whatever gets past the bag — it protects the motor. The exhaust filter, cartridge or foam, cleans the air leaving the machine. They are different parts in different places and neither substitutes for the other.
