Every part we list for the Tornado CV 48/2, model 91419 — the 19-inch HEPA-filtered upright at the wide end of the CV range.
Nineteen inches covers open floor in fewer passes, which is why it turns up in corridors, function rooms and anywhere a narrower head would mean walking the same carpet twice. It also shapes how you order for it: the extra width sits almost entirely in the brush head, so the body, handle, tools and motor are the same components fitted to the 15-inch machine.

Those four breakdowns cover the whole machine, and all of them are published. Anything you cannot find in them, ring us with the number off the plate and we will read the position straight off The drawing.

Questions we get asked
My data plate reads 91419. Am I in the right place?
You are. This machine is built as the 19-inch CV 48/2 HEPA Filter Upright Vacuum and stamps it 91419. A plate reading 91415 belongs to the narrower 15-inch sister, and a plate in the 9143x or 9144x range is one of the older CVD generation.
How much of this machine is unique to the 19-inch width?
Not much. Of 76 part numbers, 69 also appear on the 15-inch version. The width lives in the brush head assembly — roller, sole plate, belt path and the covers around them. Everything above the head is common.
Can I fit the 19-inch brush roll to a 15-inch machine?
No, and it is worth being clear about that. The head castings differ, so roller, sole plate and the parts that locate them are not interchangeable between widths even though they look alike in a photograph.
Why do some part listings here not mention Tornado at all?
Because those parts are not Tornado-only. Several of them are also used across the CVD uprights and on the CleanMax CMP-5T Champ as well, so we name every machine a part fits instead of putting one badge on the title and misleading the other half of the customers.
How quickly can you get a motor?
Suction motors are the one item worth asking about before you need it. We carry the common wear parts for the range on the shelf in Crystal, Minnesota; larger assemblies come in to order. Ring 763-535-0770 and we will give you a straight answer on timing.
