Why does the drawing show K46724880 when you sell K47624880?
Because the brush-head sheet has a typing error. The drawing prints the red roller at position 9 as K46724880, and that number returns nothing anywhere in the current parts list. The number that exists, describes the identical brush and appears on the accessories sheet for this very machine is K47624880 — the middle two digits transposed. Order K47624880. If a supplier has told you K46724880 cannot be found, this is why.
Black roller or red roller — which does my machine want?
Both are correct for the 19-inch CV 48/2 and both live at position 9. K47624890 is the softer black-bristle roller, which suits carpet that is plush or delicate and cuts noise. K47624880 is the stiff red-bristle roller, which digs harder into dense commercial loop pile. Neither will fit a 15-inch machine.
Can I use CV 38/2 brush head parts on this machine?
Most of them, yes. The brush motor, belt, microswitch, main board, adjusting wheel, foot pedal, rear wheels, axle shaft and every screw and washer are common to both widths. Four items are not: the bumper, the glide sole, the bottom housing and the black top cover are all cut for 19 inches on this machine and carry their own numbers.
Why do three parts show Call for price instead of a figure?
The M5 screw set K63032000, the brush head lens K50334520 and the cap K62865730 do not appear in the Tornado dealer price file, so we have nothing to publish. They are still supplied. Send us the number and we will price it from the parts book.
