Frequently Asked Questions
What tools come with the Tornado Pac-Vac 6 Aircomfort 93012?
The 93012 ships with the stretch hose, the two-piece 54 inch button wand, a 17 inch crevice tool, a 14 inch carpet tool, a 5 inch upholstery tool, a 3 inch dusting tool and a hard floor tool. Every one of them is available individually from the table above if yours is lost or worn out.
Will these accessories fit other Tornado backpacks?
Yes, in most cases. These are 1.5 inch Tornado backpack tools shared across the Pac-Vac 6 and Pac-Vac 10 Aircomfort, the Pac-Vac Roam, and several Powr-Flite and CleanMax backpacks. Check the Compatible Models section on each individual product page, or call 763-535-0770 and we will confirm it for your machine.
What is the difference between the screw-in clip tools and the plain clip tools?
Tools listed with a screw-in clip have the retaining clip fastened through the tool body, which is the more durable arrangement for tools that get pulled off the wand often. The plain clip versions use a spring clip. Both fit the same 1.5 inch wand, so it is a durability and preference choice rather than a fitment one.
How often should I replace the vacuum hose?
Replace the stretch hose when it will not hold its shape, when the cuff no longer seals at the inlet elbow, or when you can feel air escaping along its length while the machine runs. A leaking hose costs you suction everywhere downstream and is one of the most common causes of a Pac-Vac that feels weak.
Do you stock bags and filters for this machine?
Yes. Paper bags, cloth shake-out bags, HEPA filters and post filters are all stocked. They appear on the Main Assembly page for this model, or call 763-535-0770 and we will put a set together for you.
Need a motor, filter, seal or harness part instead?
