My Roam has lost suction. Which parts on this page should I check first?
Start with the consumables above the motor: the HEPA filter (B352-5200) and the post filter (B352-2400) block long before anything mechanical fails. If both are clean and suction is still down, check the top and bottom motor seals and the body seal — a collapsed seal lets air bypass the filter stack entirely.
Can I fit a corded Pac-Vac motor in the Roam?
No. The Roam uses a 36 VDC motor (X1208J) that runs from the lithium battery pack. A mains motor from a corded Pac-Vac will not run on it, and the mounts and seals are matched to this motor.
